For most people the repair isn't the stressful part of a collision — the claim is. An adjuster you've never met is deciding what your car needs, and there's usually a suggestion attached about where to take it.

You don't have to take that suggestion. Under Michigan law you choose the repair shop, and you are not required to obtain more than one estimate. We've worked with every major insurance company for decades without ever needing to be on a "preferred" list — insurers work with us because our estimates are accurate and the work comes back right the first time.

Practically, that means you give us the claim number and stop being the middleman. Our staff negotiates the estimate directly with your adjuster, including the supplements — the additional damage that only turns up once a panel comes off, which is where a lot of repairs stall when the owner is the one making the calls. You'll hear from us as the work moves, and you're entitled to have the vehicle returned to its pre-accident condition in function, appearance, safety and value.
